On 27th October 2020, the Ministry of Finance submitted a draft Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Amendment Act for public consideration.
Suggested amendments will help strengthen the mechanism of control of how taxes are calculated and collected, outline in clear terms what taxpayers and tax administrators are allowed and/or required to do, and contribute to more efficient organization of the tax system deployed in the Republic of Serbia.
